We aim to deliver your beautiful purchases safely and promptly.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia. International shipping may be offered from time to time and will be displayed at checkout if available.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier service:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas)

  • Regional / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Flight of Fancy is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order size and weight

Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Tracking

Where available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@flight-of-fancy.com.au so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.

8. Click & Collect (if applicable)

If Click & Collect is offered, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection from:
